Service Department

We are equipped to take care of all your motorcycle and scooter needs. As the only exclusive authorized Moto Guzzi, Piaggio and Vespa dealer in New York, we offer the largest service and body repair facility in the area, with factory trained technicians to keep your vehicle running smoothly and looking great for years to come. Our services include:

• Pick-up and delivery
• Same day service
• Routine scheduled maintenance
• NYS inspection
• Body and paint repair
• Insurance claims handling and management
• Custom color painting
• Washing and detailing

We have a dedicated body repair facility that is equipped to handle all paint and body repair. You won't find a better and more qualified facility to work on your Vespa in the tri-state area. From custom paint to accident repair/repaint, we are equipped to take care of it.

If your vehicle has been vandalized or damaged in an accident, we have over 20 years of experience in working with insurance companies to make sure they understand what is required to return your vehicle to showroom condition. We will handle your insurance claim from start to finish, making the entire process effortless for you.

Our service department is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. 

Please note that we only perform NYS Inspections on Wednesdays, between 10am to 1pm. There is no appointment required.

Store Policies

• We do not install any accessories or parts that were not purchased from our store.
• All special orders (parts, accessories or merchandise) require payment in full prior to ordering.
• A $85 per day storage charge will be applied for service vehicles not picked up after 48 hours of completion and notification.
• No refunds on special order items.
• All merchandise and accessory returns are subject to a manager's approval
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved items. Returns are in the form of store credit only, unless otherwise authorized by management.
• No returns on electrical parts or special order parts, accessories and/or merchandise.
• There are no returns on worn and/or used helmets, gloves, jackets, shoes or any other apparel.
• Truck Service: $100 minimum, price dependent on distance. Call with location for exact price.
• Winter Storage: $200/month for Vespa/Piaggio scooters only, $300/month for Moto Guzzi motorcycles only. 
• Minimum labor charge: 30 minutes for diagnostic time
